We know professional development budgets are tighter than ever. To help ease the cost of attending the Annual Conference in Indianapolis, the Logistics Working Group of the 2026 NORDP Conference Planning Committee is pleased to share the following resources to support your travel planning.

• Locate the lowest-cost airfare (including sample GenAI prompts), explore airports and airlines serving Indianapolis, and get tips to save on baggage fees on the Budget-Friendly Travel Ideas section of the NORDP 2026 Logistics page (in Whova).

• Connect with colleagues for ride-sharing and car-pooling options or find potential roommates for hotel sharing on the Travel and Room Share Sign up sheet. Note: to protect privacy, this sheet will only be made available to NORDP members who request access. Please feel free to request access if you want to explore this option further!
